Yasemin Manavbaşı, a graduate of Sola Unitas Academy, accredited by International Coaching Federation, has ACC title and she works as an executive coach.
Dr. Yasemin Manavbaşı is a dynamic business leader with over two decades of multifaceted experience spanning quality management in the railway industry, managerial roles in healthcare businesses, academic involvement in EU projects, and business development in multinational settings. This diverse background ensures her great flexibility and a broad perspective in tackling various business challenges.
Her journey began with a foundation in biological sciences from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine Business School in collaboration with Marmara University.
Starting her career in pharmaceutical sales, Dr. Manavbaşı transitioned into academia, serving as a research assistant and project coordinator in pharmacology at Gazi University. Her academic pursuits led her to Graz, Austria, where she co-directed and conducted research for an interdisciplinary EU project on pharmaceutical research.
Throughout her career, she has presented her findings at numerous international congresses both in Nort America and Europe alike.
Returning to Turkey, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, expanding an Austrian Company into the Turkish railway industry, specializing in Railway Inspection & EU Legislation Compliance Certification. Her leadership in business development and key account management played a pivotal role in establishing ERC (European Railway Company) as a prominent partner for both TCDD and its subcontractors during 2012-2017. Under her guidance, the team successfully contributed to the National Train Project in Turkey, demonstrating her adeptness at navigating diverse international and multicultural work environments.
Additionally, Dr. Manavbaşı has founded and managed a successful clinic in Istanbul, implementing a comprehensive business model that offers a wide array of aesthetic, surgical, and holistic health services.
Her career passion is to empower business leaders to enhance their effectiveness and creativity in problem-solving. Fostering a lifelong learning attitude through coaching, facilitating, and training is vital for her.
Alongside her coaching work at The Coaching Company, she has been providing trainings and seminars at various associations and organizations since 2013.
Her focus is leadership development, stress management, and time management trainings, utilizing the latest advancements in neuroscience to facilitate behavior change.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a daily meditator and meditation teacher, when possible, she makes solo travels around the World.
